Brain and his staff are amazing, so kind and helpful. I can see why they have been a successful business for decades ! They have a loyal following of repeat customers who have been coming to them for years .Some of the staff have been working there for almost 20 years and are highly knowledgeable. They are very generous with their time , do not try to sell you unnecessary services or products and often don't even charge for tire pressure checks and other services.!! (They even remember you by name ( or car and past services ) Rex Tires are a hidden gem and I am so happy to have found them ...I will also become a loyal customer , continue to come to them as a satisfied customer and refer all my friends and family for many years to come ! ~ kayle h

Followed the reviews and stars from the Internet and was fully pleased with the way that Rex’s tires handled our situation. Traveling across the country and in need of a time sensitive repair, Brian handled repairing 2 potentially hazardous tires in a professional and efficient manner. Not only did he try to aid in saving money and getting us back on the road in a timely fashion, he was professional and offered a great suggestion of a location to enjoy food while we waited for our repair. During our road trip (of over 7000 miles) this auto shop was above and beyond any that we had encountered during our travels. We highly recommend stopping as they are honest, efficient and sincere. Absolutely excellent service!!! The owner, Brian Cleek, took a look at my tires on my travel trailer just to make sure I actually needed to replace them. I was very impressed with that! They replaced my tires, used nitrogen like I requested, put in new stems and installed the tire minders that I had brought in. In addition to all that, Mr. Cleek mentioned that I should probably have my bearings packed soon. He was right! I had forgotten it was time to have that done again. He potentially saved me from a real problem down the road. They were so fast! They got my trailer done and had me back on the road immediately. Plus the price was very reasonable, well worth the professional and friendly service. Rex Tire is the best!!!! ~ Judy A

Picked up a piece of metal today at the ARC on Uintah. I could hear the air leaving the tire. I needed to make it up the hill to Teller so I Goggle'd "tire repair" and Rex Tire was an option. I called and they said to bring it by and it may be an hour or so. So luckily the air held out long enough to get there. My wife and I were greeted in a very friendly manor. We turned over the keys to the gentleman and had a seat in the waiting area. It was comfortable and the restroom was clean. In about 30 minutes my tire was repaired, the other tires checked and inflated to the proper level, and I was on my way. First class all the way today. Our first time at Rex Tire will not be our last. Thank you ~ Michael K

Brian is the Man! He truly looks out for his clients. My wife and I made a new car purchase with inadequate dealer-tires. Brian was hesitant to spend our money but in the end did recommend a tire upgrade. We are so thankful and blessed that Brian did that. Days after our new-tire purchase, and he was able to credit us a little on the old tires, we left for Florida. We left in a snowy-rain mix, hit 6 inches of snow over Raton pass and were inundated with rain during other parts or our 5,000 mile odyssey. Our Impala, however, NEVER had an issue... great choice of tires for us. Thank you again Brian for putting us first. The crew at Rex Tire always comes through when we have a wheel or tire issue that we need to address. Additionally, their prices are great for basic services like tire repair or mounting tires to wheels. Today’s visit was for a drivers side rear on our 21’ Audi RS6. We received low pressure warning from the system, but due to the deep tread on the snow tires we could not find what was causing it. The Rex team took the car in quickly upon arrival and, removed and tanked the wheel to find the nail we had picked up and fixed the tire getting me on my way in about 45 minutes. There are a lot of tire shops in the city, however I am very particular about who I choose due to many bad experiences at different businesses. Rex has 100% earned my business for life. In my opinion, there simply is not a better tire shop in the Colorado Springs Metroplex area. ~ G L

Initially I thought I would just get an oil change/filter and an air filter. Then I realized that the transmission fluid and a couple other fluids were at about the manufactures recommended mileage so I asked to have them perhaps flushed and replenished . When I went in to get my car Travis told me that they did what I asked but the fluids were very good and only needed topping off. They also put in a new cabin filter which was badly needed. It was very refreshing to deal with professional yet very congenial people that only do the work that is needed. I ended up paying about 1/3 of what I anticipated paying. Now I know why this place has such good reviews! We were just about to leave and drive all the way to FL when our low tire pressure light came on—the worst thing possible! We were supposed to be on the road at 7 AM and couldn’t find any QUALITY tire shop open until 8 AM. We waited in Rex’s lot and when an employee pulled up, Josh, we told him our situation. He showed empathy and helped us even though the shop didn’t open up for about 30 more minutes! He got our tires filled up, gave us new caps, and sent us on our way. Such a blessing from Jesus! It’s always a 5 star experience when working with Rex Tires. Where other shops say I needed to buy two new tires because of my car being an all wheel drive even though my tire tread is 8. The placement of the small screw near the shoulder of the tire, the other shops wouldn’t even look at repairing it and just tried to upsell me two new tires. Rex Tires got me in and out in 30 minutes and spent the time to fully ensure the structural integrity of my tire and the patch. I cannot recommend Rex Tire enough! They will always be my go to. We got a flat on the interstate, and even though it was during their lunch break, the team at Rex Tire immediately stepped in to help us. They first tried to patch the tire, and when that didn’t work, they personally drove to another location to find a replacement tire since they didn’t have one in stock. Throughout the whole process, they were incredibly kind, friendly, and professional. The pricing was more than fair, and the service was truly exceptional. 10/10 would recommend Rex Tire to anyone—they went above and beyond, and we are so thankful for their help! ~ Taylor M

Tried these guys last autumn when I needed new tires. I was impressed by the environment and the staff which can both be described as "clean" and "professional." They gave me a fair price on new tires and I felt the service was top-notch. Today, I had an emergency where I had miles to drive but woke up with a leaky tire. I called first thing in the morning and, despite the shop having a busy day, they invited me to bring my car in for a look in the afternoon. They identified the issue, repaired the tire, and rotated my tires (which I was definitely due for), all at no cost. Further, they alerted me that I'd need new brakes soon and should get scheduled with my mechanic. What a relief to get my car back in time for my evening commitments knowing that my ride is well taken care of by the folks at Rex Tire. They are the cream of the crop, and my only regret is that I can't recruit them for ALL of my maintenance needs. Can't recommend them enough! ~ Bernie B

These guys are HONEST!!! I can not stress that enought, if you need a mechanic who's gonna show you and explain to you exactly what's wrong with your vehicle, these are the guys!! I've have many good experiences with Rex tires, beginning with a simple tire patch. Went to get a second opinion after Tire discount refused to patch and wanted me to buy 600$ tires. Turns out it could and and was fixed for 40$. Since then, they've been nothing but helpful with all my wheel troubles. Love these guys! Best tire shop in town by far, in my opinion. It has that small town feel to it. I take all my vehicles there. Very friendly staff and Brian is always very hospitable and accommodating. They truly look out for their customers. They won't try to sell you anything you don't truly need or pressure you. But when you need something, they will work tirelessly to get it for you and make sure you leave satisfied. Amazing establishment. Brian is an exceptional example of a customer service/ shop manager. I have taken several vehicles to him and his guys. My experiences have always been met with a fast, precise diagnosis with corrective action. What impresses me the most is that, Brian achieves all of these things and does it politely. I’ve been coming to Rex Tires since my first car. My Dad took all his cars here and mine. Now my husband and I come here. Great service! They don’t try to sell you more than what is actually needed. For instance, my husband took my car to get all new tires. And the guy said you don’t need all 4 new tires. So he had to convince my husband not to spend more than what was needed. I believe they match the price on tires also. So all in all always a great and quality service! ~ Angelyna W

Heard of this place through a family member. I was very impressed the first time I went in. Bryan was very friendly and helpful and took the time to explain the difference in tires with I never really understood. Rex tires was recommended to me five or six years ago from a friend after going to another tire shop where I was quoted over $3000 to fix an issue with my front wheels which were way out of alignment. Rex tires charged me a little under $200. I've been taking my cars to them since and they've always been more than fair. As a matter of fact I'm taking my truck there this morning. Rex tires is one of the few businesses that I would actually recommend using in Colorado Springs. ~ Sailing A

Rex Tire's is THE best tire place in Colorado Springs. I have been going to them for years (along with the rest of my family). They are kind, fair, very professional and I trust them 100%. Rex Tire company tries -- and succeeds! -- at knowing me and my family, along with what tires will best serve our cars. We are low-end customers, focused just on safety and savings, but they make us feel like we are as important as any customer they've ever had. I cannot speak highly enough of these guys. I picked up a used a truck and it had some shake in the tires. Took it to a big box shop, and it wasn't resolved. Took it here and they fixed it. They were honest, they told me what the issues were and how they fixed them. they asked for feedback after I took it out and up to speed. Brian and the whole team at Rex Tires were absolutely phenomenal. I have been needing new tires for a while now and finally on Tuesday was forced to commit to new tires because of my tire popping. Brian and his team had 4 new tires on my car quickly and at a great price. I checked and would have paid more than double anywhere else.
